If you are flying in and out of these international airports, you don’t need to have the Mexico FMM (E-Tourist or E-Business Card):

Note: The good news is that Mexico has removed all COVID-19-related travel restrictions. Travelers must not submit proof of vaccination, a negative PCR test, or any other travel document to enter Mexico.

Please remember that your Mexico FMM will expire in 180 days. Once the FMM expires, you are expected to leave the country. If you fail to leave Mexico after your FMM expires, Mexican immigration authorities may take strict action against you.
