Note: Remember that Mexico has ended all international and domestic COVID-19 travel restrictions, so foreign citizens don’t need to submit proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test. Also, travelers don’t need to sit in quarantine to stay in Mexico.

However, Mexican authorities expect you to leave the country once the FMM expires (after 180 days). If you don’t follow the rules, strict action will be taken against you.
