How To Convert A Permanent Resident Visa Into A Permanent Resident Card?

The law states that the applicant ought to have lived in Mexico on temporary residency status for the past four years unless under special conditions like the case of a minor. Furthermore, the application for a permanent resident card must be submitted at least 30 days before the expiration of the temporary resident card.
